Cardiovascular exercises can be performed using equipment offered at the MFC gym. Cardio exercises are designed to increase your heart rate, respiration rate, and circulation, which helps to improve your cardiovascular health and endurance.

Here are some of the equipment MFC provides to the members at the gym:

  4. Rowing machine
