Booking Policy: Users may book a slot at Maharashtra Turf Club through our website. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Payment must be made at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Users may cancel a booking at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to cancel a booking may result in a fee.
Refund Policy: Before completing bookings, the User must carefully review booking details. Maharashtra Turf Club will process refunds based on the booking information. The refund amount processed will be based on the difference in the Slot Date-Time and the current server Date-Time. The Refund Policy is only valid for Slots that are at a future Date-Time from the current Date-time of the server. No refund will be given for Slots past the current server Date-Time.
The Refund Amount will be decided as per the below table

No-Show Fee:
- If the user fails to show up for their scheduled booking without providing prior notice, a no-show fee will be applied.
- The no-show fee will be equal to 100% of the booking amount.
- No refunds will be provided in the event of a no-show.
Changes to Policy: Maharashtra Turf Club reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
